BWSM received a Tier 1 ranking (Orlando metro) for patent law. The U.S. News-Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.
In its first ever listing of intellectual property law firms, Beusse Wolter Sanks & Maire, PLLC is ranked #1 by the Orlando Business Journal. This recognition is based on the number of intellectual property attorneys the firm has in Central Florida. BWSM has 15 intellectual property attorneys in the Central Florida area, where 7 of these attorneys are partners in the firm. Making this recognition most noteworthy is that unlike the full service law firms included in the ranking, the attorneys at BWSM focus their practice solely on intellectual property law.
