BWSM Transitions to a New Domain Name

With the addition of patent practice group in Manassas Virginia back in July 2015, BWSM has transitioned to a new domain name, BWSMiplaw.com. As a result the firm’s email addresses (for those previously using iplawfl.com) and website address have been formally changed to include the new domain name, BWSMiplaw.com, in place of iplawfl.com. Though replaced, the use of iplawfl.com still functions for reaching the firm’s website and when contacting firm attorneys and employees who previously used iplawfl.com.

Beusse Wolter Sanks & Maire Expands Into Northern Virginia

Beusse Wolter Sanks & Maire, PLLC (BWSM), recognized as the top IP boutique law firm in Florida, is pleased to announce that it has expanded into Northern Virginia with the addition of all the attorneys of the patent law firm of Evans & Molinelli PLLC. As a result, BWSM now has an office within commuting distance to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Terry M. Terry Sanks and David Maire have been recognized as “IP Stars” by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine for 2015. Both have been continuously recognized as “IP Stars” since the inception of this honor. “IP Stars” highlights the country’s leading intellectual property attorneys and is based on surveys and interviews with peers and in-house counsel. Sanks was recognized for his patent prosecution, trademark, copyright, unfair completion, trade secrets, licensing, and litigation practice while Maire was recognized for his strong patent prosecution practice.

Amber Davis Begins Term As President Of The Young Lawyers Section Of The OCBA

Amber Davis, the firm’s first associate hired directly out of law school to rise to the rank of partner, was recently sworn in as President of the Orange County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section for 2015-2016.
